Easy baking for mums with toddlers! Get your kids in on the fun! This is a no bake slice so you don't need to use the oven! It sets in the fridge in 30 minutes! Minimal effort! Maximum fun!

INGREDIENTS

3 x sleeves of oreo biscuits

1 can of canned caramel (380g)

Mixed nuts of your choice for topping (we used peanuts, almonds, walnuts & also sesame seeds)

75g butter (or butter alternative)

INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Pull all of the oreos apart, scraping out the icing and placing biscuits into a big bowl

2.) I let my 3 year old smash the biscuits up with a rolling pin, he absolutely loved it! I did the scraping and he did the smashing!

3.) When youv'e scraped all the cookies, place them all in a plastic bag (we use our left over bread bags) and give them a good smash!. It's okay if they're not perfectly powdery, little chunks are fine! If you want them super fine then put them in a food processor or blender for a few seconds.

4.) Melt butter - Stove top or microwave is fine.

5.) When butter is melted mix it into the biscuit mix.

6.) Using your greased tray, press the biscuit mixture into the bottom and make sure it reaches all the edges. Put it into the fridge for a 2-5 minutes.

7.) Get the caramel out of the can and give it a bit of a whisk so that its easy to manipulate

8.) Spread the caramel over biscuits mix.

9.) Garnish with nuts or crumbed cookie.

10.) let it set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Bon appetit!
