Last year a this time (November) I made a very long and detailed list of goals and ambitions and turned it into a plan. I broke down each goal into sections, and then tasks that I could do each month, each week, each day.

I didn't accomplish every single thing, I even failed at a few of them, but I persevered.

Everyone has hiccups in a year! Everyone has downfalls and tragedies. Everyone has social issues that they need to overcome for the next stage in life. That's how growth works. Every successful person will tell you about their rock bottom and what it taught them. If your'e feeling like 2019 was a shit show, so are many other people in your life.

Somehow this year, I made a whole lot of stuff happen. My mantra has been "No excuses", when I feel myself on the verge of sabotaging my goals I re-center, re-structure.

2019 I Introduced my babies to gymnastics and swimming - with the help of my amazing Mother. When both of my kids started pre-school (9am-1pm) I tried eating better, working out more, writing music, I got a job for a while at a cafe, I created and launched this blog, experimented in business, I started making youtube videos and even made time for coffee with friends <3

To get stuff done, just plan your ambitions, goals and dreams.... schedule time for your goals. Spend time with people who inspire you. Get your best buddies to create dreams with you. If you can create projects with your friends and family, then not only are you making time for each other but your'e being productive with your time.

I need to add that I didn't date or party in 2019. Mostly because of time and energy constraints. If you want to do well in life you need to make sacrifices. Such as where do you want to be, how do you want to feel, what are you putting into your body and who are you spending your time with.

Last year I did none of that, this year I did all of that. And next year Ill do more of that. My point is make a goal, make a plan and keep working towards it every day. When it doesn't work try again. I'm not where I wanted to be but I'm so much further than I was.....

That's the point, that's the method.
